Weekly Operations
We are based at a small storage unit in Leatherhead, where we gather to make it all happen. There are many ways to give your time and skills here from being on the van team to coordinating or assessing projects and preparing soft furnishings and furniture. Our main volunteering days are Tuesday and Friday each week.
Decorating & DIY
Are you a member of a local church? Does your group want to bless someone who really needs some help with decorating or practical tasks in their home? Not only will you be of help, but you'll find the experience rewarding, too! The first step is to choose a date and we will organise things.
Gardening
Many of our clients have not been in a position to stay on top of their gardening and often have overgrown gardens. They would really appreciate help to get things back into shape. Volunteer help is a great encouragement to the client and great fun for the volunteers. We can organise and resource a project for your church group.
Befriending
There are so many opportunities in our area to get alongside people and help them in practical and other ways. This also doesn't need a big group of people. Just a pair can make a world of difference!
